HALL FOR HIRE

Please note: we are currently unable to hire out the hall for evening functions that have live bands or DJ due to restrictions imposed by Brisbane City Council due to neighbor complaints. We do apologise for any inconvenience.

Our Parish Community utilizes a large hall for its various functions and is available for hire to the general public. Our hall is a fully air-conditioned venue available for Christenings, Wakes and conferences. It includes:

• Tables and chairs to seat 400 people.
• Spacious foyer.
• Large dance floor.
• Fully functioning kitchen including ovens, deep-fryer, preparation benches, spacious cold-room, plates, cutlery, glasses, tea & coffee facilities.
• Drinks bar including glasses, jugs and full access to the cold-room.
• Moveable stage.
• Lectern, microphones and stands.
• Ample on-site parking.
• Toilet facilities.

A blizzard has been blowing this morning. It sweeps its curls of snow as it rushes forward along the road, nervously peering into the faces of passers-by… Covering my face from the cold breath of the snowstorm, I hurry to work. With difficulty I make my way through the snowdrifts. I stop to catch my breath. To rest… Work, children, reports, webinars, marathons, tasks, family, friends, all mixed up what is a staycation, twisted and flooded with a spring stream of cases, filling my life to the brim. Rest, like a red float, now sinks deep, now floats up sharply, helplessly resisting the flow.

Catering is unavailable through our organization. A security deposit is made at the time of booking which is refunded after the function date.
